In addition to being an author, I am also a wellness and life coach. I offer my clients support, individualized goal-setting, and accountability with their health and life goals. I help my clients to clarify their challenges and to create their own solutions, while offering guidance and insight. Because it is easier to succeed with smaller goals, I help my clients reduce their big goals into simple steps that will keep them motivated and seeing results. Clients who work with coaches see faster, longer-lasting results, and more follow through on their goals. Referrals from satisfied clients can be provided upon request.
